At Rudrastu, every order is handled with care and intention. Once an order is placed, the product enters a customized preparation and energization process, which is why our cancellation window is limited.
Customers may request order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order.
Requests made after 2 hours will not be eligible for cancellation, as the product would already be under processing, energization, or preparation.

Cancellation requests are processed only after verification of order details.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the customer’s wallet
- Refunds are processed within 2 to 4 business days from the date of cancellation approval
- Wallet refunds can be used for future purchases on our website
Rudrastu reserves the right to cancel any order or service, at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances
- Non-availability of products or services
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of our terms and policies
In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and any applicable refund will be processed as per our refund policy.
